Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return: Contact us at dinadebora903@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval — they will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Note: As we work with international suppliers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
